1 Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) active lucky 66 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any balance associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that you have requested on your own account.
• Own Funds: You must only play with funds that are legally yours and not derived from criminal activity.

3 Account Registration

When registering a lucky 66 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky 66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lucky 66 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised activity by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the lucky 66 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lucky 66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, and Bank QR codes.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for supported digital wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your lucky 66 wallet, subject to your bank's processing times. A minimum deposit amount applies as displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. lucky 66 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take an additional one to three (1–3) business days depending on your financial institution.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• lucky 66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• lucky 66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the lucky 66 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and betting market, as displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity or omission, the decision of lucky 66's Trading Desk shall be final and binding.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number from the Platform. lucky 66 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet that was placed due to a technical error, manifest pricing error, or in cases where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets on HBL Pakistan Super League matches, Premier League football, Basketball, and Cockfighting events are accepted subject to real-time market availability. lucky 66 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during match interruptions, technical issues, or market integrity concerns.

Casino Games: All casino games, including live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Jackpot Slots, are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or real-time live dealer streams provided by third-party game studios. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by lucky 66 or any prior gaming history in your account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by lucky 66 at any time without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky 66 Platform — including but not limited to the lucky 66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of lucky 66 or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lucky 66 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lucky 66 content without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucky 66 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if lucky 66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lucky 66 makes no warranties regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical failures may temporarily affect access to the Platform and lucky 66 does not accept liability for gaming losses attributable to such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes lucky 66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by lucky 66's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
